Established in 2024 by our Founders Ben Gatt & George Jackson, who have worked together since 2016, Kanvas have strategically partnered with Fit Out & Design companies to help them grow their own successful businesses across London.

Simply put, we are Fit Out staffing experts, offering a no-nonsense service & honest solutions to our clients & candidates who place their trust in our hands.

Famous in our sector for going above & beyond in a (lets be honest) murky industry that always under delivers, which is why we’ve stuck around so long in our quest to change the views of our industry.

We assure it in ourselves, connections, candidates and clients. No lip service. No BS.

About Us

Ben

Bens passion for all things Design & Fit Out began back in the early 2000’s when working as a carpenter on London’s ever changing sky line for Overbury & Morgan Lovell where he was involved in intricate Commercial Fit Out projects.

Beginning his journey in recruitment in 2012 by accident (be sure to ask him about this) and quickly embarking on a successful career where he has nurtured & grown those closest to him, both inside & outside of the industry.

Known for wearing his heart on his sleeve & his no-nonsense approach, with Ben you will only ever get sound & honest advice.

When not working positions for his clients you’ll more than likely find Ben in the gym taking multiple selfies to stick “on the gram”.

A keen new music enthusiast you’ll find Ben posting about his new findings most days on his @BenFitOut Instagram page.

George

George started his working life as a commercial floor fitter before being intrigued by the recruitment industry and what it could offer him in terms of future development.

Beginning his career in Recruitment in 2016, where fate would bring him & Ben together for the first time, through a mutual contact & long-term friend of both of the chaps.

A quick learner and real enthusiast for the industry it wasn’t long before George was rising through the ranks and winning over some of London’s most prestigious Fit Out contractors earning himself a solid reputation as somebody that not only listens but will always deliver results with empathy and care.

Outside of filling the hardest of opportunities George can be found on a golf course, DJing, Producing & Releasing music alongside some of the electronic music industry’s biggest names and travelling the world in search of the finest cuisines.
